To celebrate Eater’s 20th anniversary, we brought together editors, top chefs, and industry friends for a night of hot food, cold drinks, and great company. More than 500 foodies gathered in NYC to enjoy the best trends from the last two decades of dining with 30 A-list chefs and iconic restaurants serving up beloved classics. And yes, that is a 7ft tall fully functioning fountain with 75 gallons of Negroni flowing through it. Proceeds from the event were donated to World Central Kitchen, providing meals for thousands of people in need.
